Alexandra is the author of first e-book to be published by the Moriarty Press:

Shipwrecked! Murder and Mutiny in Remotest Patagonia

A graduate of the University of Sussex, Alexandra Pratt has travelled and worked throughout the world, from cutting trails in the cloud forests of Central America, to meeting the last surviving Yaghan canoe nomad in Patagonia. Now a freelance journalist and author, Alexandra specializes in writing about travel, adventure and history and she is the author of several non-fiction books, including her latest 'Shipwrecked! Murder and Mutiny in Remotest Patagonia' (Moriarty Press).

This is a title aimed at 'reluctant readers', as is an earlier work, 'The Day The Island Exploded' (Barrington Stoke), for which this video  was created, using original footage shot in Antarctica. Her other published works include 'Lost Lands, Forgotten Stories - A Woman's Journey To The Heart Of Labrador'; a travel book based on her multi award-winning canoe expedition in eastern Canada.
